Webshop NZA New Zealand Auckland BV Chamber of Commerce under file number 34246167 having its registered office at the World Fashion Centre, Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13, 1062 HH Amsterdam (The Netherlands). These general terms and conditions apply to all purchasing and sales agreements concluded by NZA New Zealand Auckland BV and its customers via nzanewzealand.com and all its sub-domains. No agreement can be created without your agreement to these terms and conditions. No products can be bought without an account. By placing an order with the NZA New Zealand Auckland webshop, the customer declares to accept the terms and conditions. NZA New Zealand Auckland BV cannot guarantee that the content of the site is always free of inaccuracies and typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. NZA New Zealand Auckland is entitled to change the content of the site at any time. The colours on your screen may differ from those of the original product. This depends on, among other things, your computer settings. We make every effort to display the correct colours on our webshop.



 

Payment
All prices are in euros and are inclusive VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs. We accept payments via iDEAL (in the Netherlands), PayPal, Mister Cash (in Belgium), Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail.
Payments are processed by MultiSafepay.



 

Delivery
The items are delivered by UPS. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Deliveries outside Benelux are delivered by UPS and your local courier.
Delivery time commences as soon as NZA New Zealand Auckland has received payment from the customer. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Shipping cost for oders above € 75,- are free in the Netherlands, for orders to other country's you only pay the extra shipping costs.



 

Returns policy
You may return an item within the seven-day period following the item’s delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be delayed. The items must be delivered to the storeroom within seven days of the request to return the items concerned. The goods must be sent back to us in perfect condition. Returned items will only be accepted if all labels are intact and affixed. NZA New Zealand Auckland BV will not accept any items whose labels are missing. Following the seven-day period, NZA New Zealand Auckland will assume that the customer is satisfied with the order. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. NZA New Zealand Auckland is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
All deliveries are subject to availability. Defective items are exchanged for the same type of product in the same colour and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be effected within 30 days of delivery. Customers that wish to make a complaint should always first contact the customer service department. Items cannot be exchanged or returned in our shop. Items may only be returned to our return address: NZA New Zealand Auckland Webshop, Edisonstraat 78, 6902 PK Zevenaar, Nederland.

 



Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, NZA New Zealand Auckland is entitled to dissolve the agreement between NZA New Zealand Auckland and the customer. Force majeure is a serious hindrance at NZA New Zealand Auckland BV or transport standstill.

This website and all sub-domains are the intellectual property of NZA New Zealand Auckland BV; nothing may be copied or used without NZA New Zealand Auckland BV’s permission.

Delivery
You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. You will receive a second confirmation mail when your payment is completed. Most orders are shipped within 1 working day after receiving you payment. Shipments and returns are handled by De Nederlandse E-warehousing (0031 316 820216). The delivery of your order will be handled by DHL/Selektvracht. Deliveries outside Benelux will be handles by Post.nl and by local couriers. You will receive a Track&Trace number as soon as your order has been shipped. Most shipments within the Benelux arrive the next day. Deliveries outside Benelux are handled by local couriers. Please contact us if you believe the delivery is delayed.


 

Returns

  • Items bought in the NZA New Zealand webshop cannot be exchanged or returned at a NZA New Zealand Brand shop.
  • The return conditions are valid for sale items as well.
  • The articles must be applied within 7 workdays after delivery, and delivered within 7 days after applying.
  • The articles must reach us in perfect condition and with all labels still attached.
  • Please follow the return procedure, otherwise your returns cannot be accepted.
  • In case of missing return information the handling of your return can be delayed.
  • Returning articles occurs at the costumer’s expense and risk;
  • We advise you to provide the return shipment with a trackingnumber.
  • NZA New Zealand is not responsible for any damage, loss of theft of the returned goods.
