Is the article not entirely to your liking? Read below how you can return your order.


  


Conditions


Please follow the return policy, otherwise we can not accept returns. Returned items not in accordance with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned. 



  • Returns is possible until 30 days after receipt of your order.         

  • Make sure that all returned items are in perfect condition, unused and with all NZA labels attached.         

  • Items bought in the webshop cannot be exchanged in other stores.         

  • If information is missing, this can result in the processing of your return being delayed.          

  • NZA is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of returned items.          

  • All return conditions apply for SALE items .         


 


Customers from the Netherlands


For customers in the Netherlands, returns are free  


Fill out the reason for return on the return form included in the package. This form must be added to the return package.  


Paste the enclosed address label over the old label and deliver it to a DHL Parcel Shop.


 


Customers from Belgium


For customers in Belgium, returns are free  


Fill out the reason for return on the return form included in the package. This form must be added to the return package.  


Paste the enclosed address label over the old label and deliver it to a DPD Parcel Shop.


 


Customers from other countries


Costs for returning orders are paid by the customer.

Paste the enclosed address label over the old label and deliver it to a carrier of your choice. 


We advise you to ask for a shipping receipt. You will receive a confirmation by email when we have received your return in good order 


Outlet


Attention: when you place an order via our Outlet Store, there are different conditions applicable than via our regular webshop. For more information check here.


Exchange items


Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items via the webshop. The desired items can be ordered again. In this way, the articles are delivered the fastest.


 


Damaged articles


An item is classified as broken or damaged if the item is broken or damaged upon receipt. In that case, this can be returned and the item will be refunded. Please indicate this on the return form. The customer service team will do everything in its power to find a suitable solution .   


 


Refunds


Returns will be processed within 1 to 5 working days after their return. You will receive a confirmation email. The handling of returns is done by the Dutch e-warehousing  


Money will be refunded within 14 working days after receipt of the return. It may then take a few more working days for the transaction to be processed by your bank. The amount is always refunded to the same account that was used to pay.
