Please apply your return as follows:
▪ Log in to your account – click “My account” – click “Returns”.
▪ First log-in? Request a password.
▪ Select the order.
▪ Select the articles you want to return. Don’t forget to select the number of articles!
▪ Print (or write) your returnform with address label and send it together with the articles.
Customers outside Benelux please fill in additional info:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
• Please provide the shipment with a trackingnumber, to check if your shipment has arrived.
• As soon as the returned articles are received and checked at the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Check if your name, email-address, ordernumber and returnnumber are mentioned correctly on the returnform.
• When the money is refunded you will receive a second confirmation email.
• (It can take a few days before the transaction is completed by the bank)
• The money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 30 days)
• We will always refund the money to the same account as which you paid with
• We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect.
